  • Junior Officer (Grade E0): Master’s Degree in Hindi with English at the graduation level, or vice versa, with at least 60% marks, plus 2 years of experience.
  • Manager/Senior Manager (Secretarial - Grade C/D): Associate Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ACS) with a minimum of 50% marks in the final exam, along with 12 years (Manager) or 15 years (Senior Manager) of experience.

Salary & Pay Scale

Selected candidates will receive attractive Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) pay scales depending on the grade of their post:

• Grade A (Engineers & Officers): ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 (Approx. CTC of ₹20 Lakhs per annum).
• Grade E0 (Junior Officer): ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000 per month.
• Grade C (Manager): ₹80,000 – ₹2,20,000 per month.
• Grade D (Senior Manager): ₹90,000 – ₹2,40,000 per month. In-hand starting salaries vary with the grade, beginning at approximately ₹50,000 to ₹80,000+ along with allowances like HRA, medical benefits, and performance-related pay.
