Educational Qualification

1. General Manager – Production (Paper Board & Tissue)
   • Qualification: First Class Full Time Bachelor Degree in Engineering and Technology in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology / Pulp and Paper Technology. (or) Full Time Arts / Science Degree with First Class Full Time Post Graduate Diploma in Pulp and Paper Technology. 
   • Experience: Minimum 29 years of post qualification experience in a large size continuous process plant. Candidates should have working experience in the operation, production and production planning of Multilayer Coated Paper Board machine & Tissue Machine. The incumbent will be responsible for planning, co-ordination and operation of Multilayer Double Coated Board manufacturing machine & Tissue Plant. Should have adequate knowledge on QCS, DCS and Automation Systems.
2. Deputy General Manager (Cement Marketing)
   • Qualification: First class Full time Engineering Degree with First class MBA (Master of Business Administration) (Marketing) / First class PG Diploma in Marketing Management. (or) First class Full time Degree in Arts / Science / Commerce with First class MBA (Master of Business Administration) (Marketing) / First class PG Diploma in Marketing Management. (or) First class Full time MBA (Master of Business Administration) (Marketing).  
   • Experience: Minimum 26 years of post qualification experience in Cement Marketing field.
3. Assistant General Manager (Marketing – Paper ) – Southern Region
   • Qualification: First class Full time Engineering Degree with First class MBA (Master of Business Administration) (Marketing) / First class PG Diploma in Marketing Management. (or) First class Full time Degree in Arts / Science / Commerce with First class MBA (Master of Business Administration) (Marketing) / First class PG Diploma in Marketing Management. (or) First class Full time MBA (Master of Business Administration) (Marketing). 
   • Experience: Minimum 23 years of post qualification experience in Paper Marketing field.
4. Assistant Manager (Cement Marketing)
   • Qualification: First class Full time Engineering Degree with First class MBA (Master of Business Administration) (Marketing) / First class PG Diploma in Marketing Management. (or) First class Full time Degree in Arts / Science / Commerce with First class MBA (Master of Business Administration) (Marketing) / First class PG Diploma in Marketing Management. (or) First class Full time MBA (Master of Business Administration) (Marketing). 
   • Experience: Minimum 8 years of post qualification experience in Cement Marketing field.
5. Assistant Manager (Laboratory)
   • Qualification Essential: 1st Class 3 years Full Time B.Sc. Graduate and 1st Class Two years Full Time M.Sc. (Chemistry). (or) 1st Class full time B.E/ B.Tech in Pulp and Paper Technology. (or) Full Time Science Degree with 1st Class Full Time Post Graduate Diploma in Pulp and Paper Technology. 
   • Experience: Should have minimum 8 years of post qualification experience and should have experience in the Laboratory in an integrated Pulp & Paper / Multilayer Double Coated Board Mill and Tissue Plant in testing / Testing and Analysis of fibrous and non-fibrous raw materials, Raw water / Boiler water / Waste water, Chemicals, in process testing of Chemical / Mechanical pulping process and Chemical Recovery operation, Pulp evaluation, testing of Paper / Paper Board / Tissue Paper etc. (Post qualification experience will be calculated only after acquiring M.Sc.(Chemistry) / B.E/B.Tech(Pulp & Paper Tech.) / PG Diploma (Pulp and Paper Tech.)
