Educational Qualification
| 1. Infrastructure Specialist Manager Educational Qualification: Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering with a Post Graduate Degree in Environmental Engineering / Public Health Engineering. Work Experience: – Minimum 8 years of experience in construction projects, including the preparation of project proposals, BOQs, DPRs, and tender documents. – Experience of working on externally aided/funded projects to be an added advantage. Skills: – Proficiency in CAD Software. – Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) – Understanding of contractual frameworks/documents is desirable. – Proficiency in cross-border collaboration and networking with a variety of partners, such as government representatives, specialists, consulting businesses, non-governmental organizations, and civil society. – Excellent command of Tamil and English. – A reasonably high level of written and verbal communication skills. |
| 2. Environmental Planner- Deputy Manager Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Environmental Planning/ Environmental Engineering/ Marine Sciences or Coastal /Marine Engineering. Work Experience: Five years or more of expertise in designing and developing M&E systems, as well as in coastal and marine spatial planning. It is helpful to have prior experience working on projects that received outside funding or assistance. Skills: – Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)- Knowledge/Proficiency in dal with GIS/Geo-spatial Tools would be an advantage. – Understanding of contractual frameworks/documents is desirable. – Proficiency in cross-border collaboration and networking with a variety of partners, such as government representatives, specialists, consulting businesses, non-governmental organizations, and civil society. – Excellent command of Tamil and English. – A reasonably high level of written and verbal communication skills. |
| 3. Social Specialist Manager Educational Qualification: Must possess a Master’s degree in Sociology/ Social Sciences. Work Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience relevant to the nature of work. Should possess experience on working on social development and gender mainstreaming projects. Experience of working on externally aided/funded projects to be an added advantage. Skills: – To have a knowledge in Grievance redressal system – Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) – Proficiency in cross-border collaboration and networking with a variety of partners, such as government representatives, specialists, consulting businesses, non-governmental organizations, and civil society. – Excellent command of Tamil and English.- A reasonably high level of written and verbal communication skills. |
