Educational Qualification
| 1. Engineer (Renewable Energy – Civil) Qualification: BE/B.Tech Degree in Civil Engineering with at least Sixty Percentage marks from a recognized University/Institution. For SC/ST/PwBD category, the minimum mark in qualifying degree is Fifty Percentage. Experience Requirement: Post-qualification experience of at least three years in geotechnical, piling, foundation, structural steel, tower structures, switch yards, etc. Candidates having RE experience will be preferred. |
| 2. Engineer (Renewable Energy- Electrical) Qualification: BE/B.Tech Degree in Electrical Engineering with at least Sixty Percentage marks from a recognized University /Institution. For SC/ST/PwBD category, the minimum mark in qualifying degree is Fifty Percentage. Experience Requirement: Minimum 03 years’ post qualification experience in switchyard / electrical testing/ transmission system/ transformer/Design/Engineering. Candidates having RE experience will be preferred. |
| 3. Engineer (Renewable Energy – Mechanical) Qualification: BE/B.Tech Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least Sixty Percentage marks from a recognized University/Institution. At least three years of industry experience following graduation, including involvement in supervision and execution. For SC/ST/PwBD category, the minimum mark in qualifying degree is Fifty Percentage. Experience Requirement: three years or more of post-qualification experience in industrial relations or human resources. Candidates having RE experience will be preferred. |
| 4. Executive (Renewable Energy – Human Resource) – Qualification: Graduates with at least 2 years full time PG Degree/ PG Diploma/PG Program in Management with Specialization in HR/ Industrial Relations/ Personnel Management or MSW or MHROD or MBA with specialization in HR with at least Sixty Percentage marks from a recognized University/Institution. For SC/ST/PwBD category, the minimum mark in qualifying degree is Fifty Percentage. Experience Requirement: Three years or more of post-qualification experience in industrial relations or human resources. It will be desirable if candidates have experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, and data analytics. |

Experience Requirement: Minimum 3 years of experience of Networking [Routing and Switching (VLANs, Inter VLAN routing, Layer 3 & Layer 2 switches, Static routing, Dynamic Routing Protocols),Experience with web application development (ASP.Net programming framework/Core, MS SQL Server database, Windows servers), firewall and security, and networking monitoring and troubleshooting |

Engineer (Renewable Energy– Contract & Material) Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech. in any Stream with PG Diploma in Material Management/ Supply Chain Management/ MBA/ PGDBM with at least Sixty Percentage marks from a recognized University/Institution. or B.E./ B. Tech. in any Stream with M.E./ M. Tech in Renewable Energy domain with at least Sixty Percentage marks from a recognized University/Institution. For SC/ST/PwBD category, the minimum mark in qualifying degree is Fifty Percentage. Experience Requirement: a minimum of one year of job experience in the renewable energy sector after graduation. |
