Educational Qualification

| 1. AO (Doctors (MBBS)) – M.B.B.S / M.D. / M.S. or PG – Medical Degree from an Accredited University OR equivalent foreign Graduate which are Accredited as such by the National Medical Commission (Formerly Medical Council of India) with the prescribed benchmark. |
| 2. AO (Legal) – Graduate / Post Graduate in Law from an Accredited University with at least 60% marks in either of the degree examinations (at least 55% for ST/SC) candidates. |
| 3. AO (Finance) – Chartered Accountant (ICAI) / Cost Accountant (ICWA) OR B.COM / M.COM from an Accredited University with at least 60% marks in either of the degree examinations (at least 55% for ST/SC) candidates. |
| 4. AO (IT) – B.E / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology / MCA from an Accredited University with at least 60% marks in either of the degree examinations (at least 55% for ST/SC) candidates. |

| The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. |
Salary Details

| The starting Basic pay would be Rs. 50,925 /- in the scale of Rs.50925-2500(14)-85925-2710(4)-96765 and such other allowances as may be admissible under the rules in force from time to time in the company. Total emoluments will be approximately Rs. 90,000/- per month in Metropolitan Centres. Other benefits such as Pension under New Pension scheme governed by PFRDA, Gratuity, LTS, Medical Benefits, Group Personal Accident Insurance etc. shall be as per rules in force in the Company at the time of appointment. The Officers are also entitled for Company’s / leased accommodation as per norms. In addition to the above, Doctors (MBBS) appointed as Specialist Officers are eligible for Non Practicing Allowance (NPA) to the tune of 25% of the Basic Pay subject to conditions that may be applicable from time to time. |
