Educational Qualification
| Assistant Executive Engineer (Civil) – Educational: Bachelor Degree in Civil Engg from an accredited University or equivalent. Candidates enrolled with the Institution of Engineers (India) in AMIE (Section A & B) on or before 31.05.2013 will also be considered eligible. Experience: Two years’ Experience in a supervisory capacity in design, maintenance and construction of structural and reinforced concrete works. Desirable: Possess background in General Administration, along with the upkeep and functioning of Lighthouses and various other marine navigation aids. Assistant Executive Engineer (Electronics) – Educational:Bachelor Degree in Electronics Engg/ Telecommunications/ Electronics & Communications Engg from an accredited University or equivalent IETE (Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers) or Section A & B of the Institution of Engineers (India), who were enrolled with the Institute up to 31.05.2013 shall be eligible for consideration. Experience: Two years’ Experience in supervisory capacity in the field of radio aids to navigation. Desirable: Two years’ Experience in generation, supply and transmission of power with Experience in light lighting small motors and wiring. Assistant Director (Engineering) – Educational: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from recognized University or Institute. Experience: Possess a minimum of two years of professional experience in either: (i) the planning, building, and upkeep of Civil Engineering projects, which includes harbour engineering works; or (ii) the operational management and upkeep of various crane types, diesel locomotives, marine engines, winches, and supporting machinery within a mechanical or marine workshop or establishment. Superintendent Translation (Hindi Branch) – (A) (i) Master’s Degree in Law from a recognised University or Institutions; and (ii) Possessing the following Educational qualifications and Experience, namely; – I. served for two years as a member of the State Judicial Service;; or II. a Central or State or Union territory Government Servant or an executive or officer in a Public Sector Undertaking or Statutory Body or Autonomous Body who has Experience in Legal Affairs for two years; or III. an eligible legal practitioner with two years of experience in active practice; or IV. a teacher of law for two years in an accredited institutions; or V. two years’ Experience of translation into Hindi of statutes, statutory rules and orders in Central Govt or State Govt or UT administration; or VI. two years’ Experience of drafting of statutes in the Central Government or State Government or Union territory administration; and (iii) Passed Secondary School Examination or any higher examination from a recognised Board or University or Institution through Hindi medium or had offered Hindi as a subject in Secondary School Examination or any higher examination from a recognised Board or University or any institution or foreign University approved by the Central Government. OR (B) (i) Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognised University or Institutions and (ii) Possessing the following Educational qualifications and Experience, namely; I. a Member of State Judicial Service for a period of 04 years, or II. a Central or State or Union Territory Government Servant or an executive or officer in a Public Sector Undertaking or Statutory Body or Autonomous Body who has had Experience in Legal Affairs for four years; or III. a qualified legal practitioner who has practised as such for four years; or IV. a teacher of law for four years in a recognised institution; or V. four years’ Experience of translation into Hindi to statutes, statutory rules and orders in the Central Government or the State Government or Union territory administration; and VI. Four year Experience of drafting of statutes in the Central Government or the State Government or Union territory administration. (iii) Applicants must have cleared the Secondary School Examination or a higher-level exam through Hindi medium from an approved Board, University, or Institution. Alternatively, they should have taken Hindi as a subject in their Secondary School Examination or any higher qualification from a recognized Board, University, or an institution/foreign University recognized by the Central Government. Research Officer – Educational: Master’s Degree in Geography or Geology or Applied Geology or Geoinformatics or Geographical Information System and Remote Sensing or Geomatics or Geospatial Technology from an accredited University or Institute and having studied Geography or Geology or Applied Geology as a subject in all the years at Graduatea level. Experience: 14 Five years’ Experience in Geographical and Cartographical Teaching or Research Involving Collection of Data and Preparation of Maps on Various Themes. Desirable: Doctorate in Geography, Geology, Applied Geology, Geoinformatics, Geographical Information System & Remote Sensing, Geomatics, Geospatial Technology from an accredited University or Institute Horticulture Development Officer –Educational: Bachelor in Horticulture Science or Bachelor in Agriculture Science Soil Conservation Assistant – Educational: BSc Agriculture or BSc Horticulture from a recognized University or Institute. or BSc / MSc Soil Science from a recognized University or Institute. or BE/BTech in Agricultural Engineering from a recognized University or Institute. |
