1. Must possess Minimum General Educational Qualification
2. Must have passed the Government Technical Examination in Typewriting;
– by Higher or Senior Grade in Tamil and English (or)
– by Higher or Senior Grade in Tamil and Lower /Junior Grade in English (or)
– by Higher or Senior Grade in English and Lower / Jr. Grade in Tamil
3. A pass in Certificate Course in Computer on Office Automation conducted by the DTE, Govt. of Tamil Nadu
