| 1. Administrative Assistant B (Post Code : AAB25) Education Qualification: Graduate from a recognized University / Institute with aggregate of 55% marks. Proficiency in word processing / data base / accounting Procedures Minimum 5 years experience in Accounts / Purchase Stores / General Administration / Establishment in a large and reputed organizations Desirable: B.Com, BBA Specialization in Finance Experience: – Experience in the area of movement of papers, files – Maintenance of registers / books etc – Knowledge of typing and personal computers. |

Work Assistant (Post Code : WAP25) Education Qualification: SSC / X Std or its Equivalent (Central / State Board Examination) One year experience Desirable: PUC / XII Std Experience: – Knowledge of Accounting as per GOI Rules and Regulations. – Knowledge of Tally- Incumbent expected to maintain accounts section, process bills and finalize Accounts of the Centre. – He / She will be transferred to other areas of administration viz. Establishment, Graduate School and Stores & Purchase |
