Applications for the 4,029 Junior Engineer, DMS and CMA vacancies remain open until 13 September 2026, so the exam and the call letter both follow after that.
How the RRB Call Letter Works
RRB issues an e-call letter rather than a posted admit card, and it works differently from most other exams in two ways worth knowing before the date arrives.
- Your city and date intimation is published roughly ten days before the exam, telling you which city you travel to.
- The e-call letter itself is released only four days before your exam date, and carries the exact centre address and reporting time.
- Both are downloaded from rrbapply.gov.in using your registration number and date of birth.
That four-day window is short, and the call letter is not available before it. Plan travel from the city intimation, not from the call letter.

What to Check
SC and ST candidates are issued a free travel pass with the call letter — download it at the same time, since it is not reissued afterwards. Check that your photograph is clear and matches the one uploaded, and carry an original photo identity document; RRB centres are strict about the identity document matching the application exactly.
What Happens Next
