Engineering Graduate in Chemical Engg./ Petrochemical Engg./Chemical Technology from UGC / AICTE approved Institutions. Regular and full time Dual / Integrated / Allied Degrees are also eligible, however, Chemical / Petrochemical must be mentioned in the degree alongwith other allied subjects, if any. B. Additional qualification in law will be preferred. Proficiency in Marathi language is preferable. Salary
| Selected candidates for the post of Management Trainee will be undergoing training for one year and will be offered a lump sum stipend of Rs.30,000/- per month. After successful completion of one year training they will be absorbed in E1 Grade in the scale of pay of Rs. 40,000 – 140000. The minimum Total Monthly Gross emoluments would include Basic Pay +VDA (43.7%)+Perks (34%)+HRA (27%) and other allowances which works out to Rs. 81,000/- approximately. |
