Educational Qualification
| 1. Junior Stenographer – 10+2/XII or its equivalent and proficiency in stenography as per the prescribed norms fixed by DOPT from time to time. |
| 2. Junior Secretariat Assistant (General) – 10+2/XII or its equivalent and proficiency in computer type speed and in using computer as per the prescribed norms fixed by DOPT from time to time. |
Age Limit
| 1. Junior Stenographer – 27 Years |
| 2. Junior Secretariat Assistant – 28 Years |
The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules.
