Educational Qualification

Assistant Library & Information Officer (Language – Kannada) – Educational Qualification:Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University with Kannada as major subject;  Bachelor’s Degree in Library d/eswScience or Library and Information   Science of a recognized University or Institute.  Experience: Two years’ professional Experience in a Library under Central or State Government or Autonomous or Statutory organization or Public Sector Undertaking or University or Recognized Research or Educational Institution.Desirable: Master’s Degree from a recognized University with Kannada as major subject; Master’s Degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science of a recognized University or Institute; Diploma in computer Applications from a recognized University or Institute or Board. Senior Administrative Officer Grade-II – Educational Qualification:Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University or Institution. Experience: Three (03) years’ Experience of administration, establishment or accounts work. Assistant Mining Engineer – Educational Qualification:B.E/B.Tech in Mining engineering from an accredited University or Institution.  Two (02) years’ Experience in core Mining activity in:- (a) Supervisory position in Metalliferous (Non-coal) mines, which includes the period as Graduate or Management or Junior Trainee Engineer; or (b) Government Department dealing with mines and minerals in level-6 in the pay matrix (Rs. 35400-112400) or above.  Desirable: Master of Engineering or Master of Technology in Mining Engineering from a recognized University or Institution. Assistant Research Officer – Educational Qualification:Master’s Degree in Ore Dressing or Mineral Processing or Geology or Physics or Chemistry from a recognized university or institution. OR Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology degree in Mineral Engineering or Chemical Engineering or Metallurgy from a recognized University or Institutions.  02 years’ Experience in conducting mineral beneficiation or mineral Characterization for beneficiation of various ores and minerals from a recognized laboratory or beneficiation plant.  Desirable: Master of Technology in Mineral Engineering from a recognized University or institutions. Accounts Officer – Educational Qualification:Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University or Institution. Domicile: The recruitment is exclusively for Domiciles of the Union territory of Ladakh, in terms of the Ladakh Civil Services Decentralization and Recruitment – Grant of Domicile Certificate (Procedure) Rules, 2025, notified by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, and published in the Gazette of India (Extraordinary) dated 03.06.2025. Valid Domicile Certificate must be issued by the Tehsildar in the Administration of UT of Ladakh.
