Educational Qualification

1. Chief Financial Officer
   • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Commerce) under regular curriculum with Associate / Fellow Membership of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or The Institute of Cost Accountants of India. Preference will be given to those having qualification of Company Secretaryship (ACS/FCS)
   • Experience: Having not less than 10 years of post-qualification experience in handling finance, accounts, treasury, audit functions, financial compliances & reporting, Indian Accounting Standards (IND-AS) and taxation of which not less than 5 years in the Senior Management Cadre. 
2. Company Secretary
   • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Commerce) undergone under regular curriculum with Associate Member or Fellow Membership. Preference will be given to those having qualification in Law. 
   • Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification Experience in the Secretarial Department of a Public Limited Company. Hands-on Experience in Compliances as per the provision of the Companies Act,2013, filing of forms with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), administrative legal and other related functions.
