Educational Qualification

1. Accounts Officer Class III (Post Code 2093) – Must have passed the Institute of Chartered Accountants/Cost Accountants Final Examination.
2. Assistant Director of Agriculture (Extension) (Post Code 3202) – A Graduate of M.Sc., in Agricultural Economics or Agricultural Extension. Provided that other things being equal, preference shall be given to those who possess the M.Sc degree in Agricultural Extension. 
3. Assistant Manager (Accounts) (Post Code 3335) – Should have qualified CA/ICWA course i.e. Must have passed the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India’s or the Institute of Cost Accountants of India’s Final Examination, or an equivalent credential.
4. Assistant Manager (Legal) (Post Code 3259) – i. Must possess a degree in Law awarded by a recognized University (B.L.) ii. It is necessary to have at least five (5) years of first-hand experience in municipal civil courts or Mofussil courts, as well as a strong grasp of labor laws and corporate law. Additionally, one must have good knowledge and practice in Motor Accidents Claims/Tribunal, Labor Courts,etc. Other things being equal, preference shall be given to candidates possessing Post-Graduate Diploma in Labour Laws / Social Science 
5. Senior Accounts Officer (Post Code 3535) – Must be either Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant with 2 years of experience
6. Manager Grade – III (Finance) (Post Code 3301) – CA /ICWA 
7. Senior Officer (Finance) (Post Code 3302) – CA /ICWA 
8. Senior Officer (Legal) (Post Code 3312) – B.L./L.L.B., Degree from a Law 
9. Manager (Mechanical) (Post Code 3390) – (i) B.E/B.Tech., Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University / Institute (ii) Experience:15 years (in one million ton capacity Cement Plant) 
10. Manager (Marketing) (Post Code 3394) – (i) MBA (Marketing) from a recognized University / Institute (ii) Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in the field of Marketing preferably in Cement Industry with Minimum Five years of service in middle managerial position
11. Deputy Manager (Electrical) (Post Code 3396) – (i) B.E/B.Tech., in Electrical Engineering from a recognised University / Institute (ii) Experience:10 years (in one million ton capacity Cement Plant)
