Educational Qualification
| 1. Deputy Secretary (Documentation) Essential: (a) Degree from a recognized University preferable in Humanities/Social Sciences. (b) Ten years practical experience in documentation, production and dissemination of audio-visual material pertaining to performing arts. (c) Awareness and understanding of performing arts. Desirable: (a) Diploma in Library Science/Documentation/Computer application. (b) Additional professional qualification in areas of music/dance/drama or comparable qualification in fields like cultural anthropology, folklore studies etc. (c) Awareness of Govt rules and regulations. |
| 2. Stenographer Essential: (a) Degree from a recognized University. (b) Should have minimum speed of 100 wpm in English/Hindi shorthand and 45 wpm in English/Hindi typing. (c) Three years experience as Stenographer in an organization of repute/autonomous body or Govt Undertaking. Desirable: Knowledge of Hindi |

Recording Engineer Essential: (a) Diploma in sound Engineering and Sound Recording from the Film & Television Institute of India, Pune, or from equivalent institution recognized by the Central/State Govts. (b) At least 2 years experience in handling of audio/video recording equipment in Central/State Govt Departments/ reputed firms/institutions. Desirable: Acquaintances with performing arts. |
| 4. Assistant Essential: (a) Degree from a recognized University. (b) Should have knowledge of typing and at least 6 years experience as Senior Clerk (Level-4) in office work preferably relating to establishment and accounts matter in a Central/State Govt./Autonomous bodies. Desirable: Acquaintances with performing arts. |
| 5. Junior Clerk Essential: (a) 12th Class or equivalent qualification from a recognized board or University. (b) English Typewriting @ 30 Words per Minutes or Hindi Typewriting @ 25 Words Per Minute which shall be taken on computer and corresponds to 10500 KDPH for English and 9000 KDPH for Hindi typing. (KDPH – Key Depression Per Hour) Desirable: Knowledge and Understanding about Indian performing Arts. Note: Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the competent authority in the case of candidates otherwise well qualified. |
| 6. MTS Essential: (a) Matriculation or equivalent from a Government Board or (b) Certificate /Diploma from An Industrial Training Institute and Possessing basic knowledge of Computer |
