Educational Qualification
| Graduate (Engineering) Apprentices – Engineering Degree (BE / B.Tech) (four years full-time degree) |
| Graduate (Non-Engineering) Apprentices – Non-Engineering Graduate (BA/BBA/B.Com) (three years graduation) |
| Diploma Apprentices – Engineering Diploma (three years full-time Engineering Diploma) |
| ITI Trade Apprentice – ITI Pass-out (full time) |
| Following candidates shall be NOT ELIGIBLE to apply for Apprenticeship (cut-off date being 01.12.2023): i) Candidates awaiting result for the Essential Qualification. ii) Candidates NOT completed 18 years of age. iii) Candidates who have undergone Apprenticeship Training earlier and/or pursuing Apprenticeship Training as per the Apprentices Act, 1961 as amended from time to time. iv) Candidates who have undergone training or has job experience for a period of one year or more after attainment of essential qualification. v) Candidates completing the Essential Qualification of Engineering Degree / Diploma (final semester result date) prior to 01.12.2018 (i.e., five years). In case of ITI and Non-Engineering candidates, there is no restriction in the year of passing. |

Selection Process
Shortlisting of candidates will be done based on the merit list formed on the basis of percentage of marks obtained in the essential qualification applicable to the respective trade. There will be NO written test or interview.

Rites Recruitment 2023 How to Apply
1. Engineering Degree / Diploma candidates must be registered on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal i.e.,
https://nats.education.gov.in/student_type.php ; and ITI Pass or Graduate BA/BBA/B.Com pass candidates must be registered on the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) portal i.e., www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in.
2. Once registered on the NATS/NAPS apprenticeship portal, as applicable, the candidates need to LOGIN to the respective NATS/NAPS portal using their User ID/Email ID and APPLY for the Apprenticeship Openings / Opportunities with “RITES Limited” as the Establishment Name.
3. BEFORE APPLYING, the candidates must ensure that all their profile details (Caste, Educational background, Personal credentials etc.) along with aggregate percentage (refer calculation of percentage in eligibility requirements, clause 2 (b) above) are appearing correctly in their application. Candidates are required to contact NATS/NAPS office in case of any corrections.
