Educational Qualification
| 1. Assistant (Materials/Stores) – Graduation from a recognized University / Institution with three years post qualification experience in relevant fields (core Stores/Materials Management) OR two-year diploma in materials management or stores, together with a year of post-qualification experience in related sectors. |
| 2. Station In-Charge (RCS) – Graduate in any field from an accredited university or institute with three years of relevant work experience, or a P.G. degree or two-year diploma in marketing, finance, or aviation, or an equivalent, with one year of relevant work experience after graduation. Candidates with appropriate aviation/helicopter industry experience, such as working for an airline, airport/heliport operator, helicopter operator, NSOP, ground handling agency, etc., will be given preference. It will also be preferable if candidates have prior experience managing commercial operations, such as passenger handling, ticketing/booking, load and trim, ramp services, flight planning, and flight coordination. |
| 3. Helper – 8th grade or above with a year’s worth of experience. Preferred Qualification: Helpers should have worked on Aircraft. |

The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules.
