Educational Qualification

1. Section Officer
   • Essential:
     • Bachelor Degree in any discipline with good academic record obtained from any of the University established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India or any other educational institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed as University under section-3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956.
     • Possess adequate knowledge of Hindi, English and Computer proficiency.
2. Deputy Section Officer
   • Essential:
     • Bachelor Degree in any discipline with good academic record obtained from any of the University established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India or any other educational institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed as University under section-3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956.
     • Possess adequate knowledge of Hindi, English and Computer proficiency.
3. Assistant
   • Essential:

4. Deputy Director Cyber Security/ Cyber Defence
   • Essential:
     • Ph.D. Degree in relevant discipline OR Master’s Degree in Cyber Security / Computer Science / Information Technology / Cyber Security Management/ Digital Forensics/ Multimedia Forensics/ Information Security/ Artificial Intelligence / Network Security/ Operation Technology Security/ CS / Forensic Science with Specialization in Cyber Forensics OR Bachelor of Engineering / B. Tech CSE / Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) /IT / Electronics or Electrical and Electronics (EEE) /Computer Science and Engineering (Cyber Security) / Bachelors of Engineering in Information Communication Technology (ICT).
     • For candidates having Ph.D. Degree in relevant discipline requires 07 (Seven) years experience and for the candidates having only Master’s degree 10 (Ten) Years of experience is required in doing analysis / Research in Government organization / Accredited Research Institute in the field of Digital Forensics/ Incident Response/ CS/ Cyber Security/ Digital Forensics and Information Security/ Digital Forensics and Information Assurance/ Electronics/ Multimedia Forensics or equivalent industrial experience in the above mentioned field. OR
     • For candidate having only BE/B.Tech. degree in relevant discipline, 12 (Twelve) years experience is required in doing analysis research in the Government Organization /Recognised Research Institute in the field of Digital Forensics/ Incident Response/ Computer Science/ Cyber Security/ Digital Forensics and Information Security/ Digital Forensics and Information assurance/ Electronics/ Multimedia Forensics or equivalent industrial experience in the above mentioned field. 
   • Desirable:
     • Experience in the field of Cyber Security.
     • Candidates having relevant certification in ISMS-LA/ CEH/ CHFI/ ISO 27001/ SANS.
5. Deputy Director Forensic Psychology
   • Essential:
     • Ph.D. Degree in relevant discipline OR Master’s Degree in Forensic Psychology/ Psychology/ Criminology/ Neuropsychology/ Clinical Psychology/ Investigative Psychology Or any other discipline of Psychology from a recognised University/ Institute
     • For a candidate having Ph.D. Degree in relevant discipline requires 07 (Seven) years experience and for the candidate having only Master’s degree 10 (Ten) Years of experience is required in analysis / Research in the concerned field in any Central/ State/ UT Government Organization or Accredited Laboratory/ Research Institute or equivalent industrial experience. 
   • Desirable:
     • Experience in analysis/ investigation of cases related to polygraph, BEOS, SDS, Eye Detect & LVA
6. Assistant Director- NDPS
   • Essential:
     • Ph.D. Degree in relevant discipline OR Master’s Degree in Forensic science (with Forensic Chemistry as specialisation)/ Forensic Science#/ Chemistry/ Biochemistry /Forensic Pharmacy/ Pharmaceutical Chemistry/ Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance from recognised University/ Institute. [#Candidates having Master Degree in Forensic Science must have studied a minimum of 4 subjects from any of the above mentioned disciplines at Master’s level.]
     • For candidates having Ph. D. degree in relevant discipline, Four (4) years of experience is required and for the candidate having only Master’s degree in relevant discipline, 7 years of experience in Analysis /Research in the relevant field in any Central/ State/ UT Government Organisation/ Recognised Laboratory /Research Institute or equivalent Industrial experience. 
   • Desirable: 
     • Proficiency in Narcotic Drug Testing and Understanding of Quality Processes in Compliance with ISO/IEC17025:2017 and ISO9001:2015
7. Senior Scientific Officer Cyber Security/Cyber Defence
   • Essential:
     • Ph.D. Degree in relevant discipline OR Master’s Degree in Cyber Security / CS / IT / Cyber Security Management/ Digital Forensics/ Multimedia Forensics/ Information Security/ Artificial Intelligence / Network Security/ Operation Technology Security/ Computer Science & Engineering/ Forensic Science with Specialization in Cyber Forensics OR Bachelor of Engineering / B. Tech computer Science and Engineering (CSE) / ECE /Information Technology/ Electronics or Electrical And Electronics (EEE) /Computer Science and Engineering (Cyber Security) / Bachelors of Engineering In Information Communication Technology (ICT).
     • For candidate having Ph.D. Degree, 02 (TWO) years experience and for the candidate having only Master’s degree, 5 (Five) Years of experience is required in doing analysis / Research in the Government organization / Recognized Research Institute in the field of Digital forensics/ Incident Response/ Computer Science/ Cyber Security/ Digital Forensics and Information Security/ Digital Forensics and Information Assurance/ Electronics/ Multimedia Forensics or equivalent industrial experience in the above mentioned field. OR
     • For candidate having B.E./B.Tech. degree, 7 (Seven) years experience is required in doing Analysis/ Research in the Government Organization /Recognised Research Institute in the field of Digital Forensics/ Incident Response/ Computer Science/ Cyber Security/ Digital Forensics and Information Security/ Digital Forensics and Information Assurance/ Electronics/ Multimedia Forensics or equivalent industrial experience in the above mentioned field. 
   • Desirable:
     • Experience in the field of Cyber Security.

   • Desirable: 
     • Experience working in the field of testing for narcotic drugs.  understanding of the ISO/IEC17025:2017 and ISO9001:2015 quality processes
9. Junior Scientific Officer- Ballistics
   • Essential:
     • Master’s Degree in Forensic science (with specialization in Forensic Physics)/ Forensic Science#/ Physics/ Mathematics/ Applied Mathematics/ Ballistics from recognised University/ Institute. [#Candidates having Master Degree in Forensic Science must have studied a minimum 4 subjects from any of the above mentioned disciplines at Master’s level.]
     • Three (3) years of experience in Analysis /Research in the field of Ballistics in Government/ Industry/ Recognized educational Institute. [Candidates having Ph. D. Degree in full time mode in concerned discipline will be considered as having maximum Three years research experience for this position]. 
   • Desirable:
     • Research or Analysis experience at a Forensic Science Lab, Research Lab, or industry.
10. Junior Scientific Officer – Forensic Accounting
    • Essential:
      • Master’s Degree in Forensic Accounting/ Finance/ Commerce/ Accounting/ Management (with specialization in Finance)/ Data Analytics or Professional Chartered Accountant/ ICWA obtained from a recognized University/ Institute. 3. Three years of experience doing analysis and research in the fields of auditing and forensic accounting in government, business, and accredited educational institutions. [For this role, candidates with a Ph. D. degree in the relevant field working full-time shall be deemed to have no more than three years of research experience.]. 
    • Desirable: 
      • Ph. D. in concerned  Discipline.  PG Diploma in Forensic Accounting Work experience in the Fraud Investigation and Forensic Accounting fields.
11. Laboratory Assistant
    • Essential:
      • Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following subjects: Forensic Science / Chemistry / Bio chemistry / Pharmacology / Pharmacy / Criminology /Physics / Mathematics / Botany / Zoology / Microbiology / Biotechnology / Physical Anthropology / Genetics from a recognised University or Institute.
