Educational Qualification
| 1. Dietician i) Must possess M.Sc degree in Food Service Management and Dietetics or Foods and nutrition or Food Science and Nutrition or Home Science with Nutrition and Dietetics as major or Home Science Emerging Technology, Food Service Management and Dietetics from any recognised University approved by the University Grants Commission. Provided that the candidate must also possess their Bachalor’s degree in the same subject or with the following subjects as majors during their bachelor’s degree course. a) Nutrition / Clinical Nutrition ii) Previous practical experience for a period not less than 2 years in Multi Speciality Hospital (minimum 100 bed strength) under the supervision of qualified, experienced senior dietician. b) Dietetics or c) Food Service Management |

Dental Hygienist (i) Must have completed 12th (Science stream) with 2 years diploma in Dental Hygienist course completed in Tamil Nadu Government Dental College and Hospital, Chennai (ii) Must have Successfully completed a course of Dental Hygienist in any recognised Dental Institution in India. | 5. ECG Tech i) Must have passed in Plus 2 courses with eligibility for university course of study. and ii) Must have passed one year certificate course in Electro Cardiogram or Treadmill Technician conducted by the Government of Tamil Nadu. |
| 6. Theatre Tech a. A Pass in Higher Secondary Course with the science subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology or Physics, Chemistry and Biology, and b. One year certificate course in Theatre Technician conducted by the Government Medical Institutions under the control of the Director of Medical Education or in any other institutions recognized by the State or Central Government. |

Occupational Therapist (a) Must have passed Higher Secondary Course, and (b) a Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy 3years course with 6 months internship until 1997 (or) Four years course with A four-year program in occupational therapy with a six-month internship granted by any university approved by the University Grants Commission |
| 13. Pharmacist i. A Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Pharm. D ii. Must be a registered member of the Tamil Nadu Pharmacy Council and maintain that registration by renewing it annually. |
| 14. Social Worker (i) Any Degree with (ii) MSW obtained from guild of service, Egmore. |
