Educational Qualification
- Manager (Grade B) – Generalist
- Education Qualification: Postgraduate degree / diploma in any discipline / Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) / BA+LLB (5 year) / Chartered Accountant (CA) / Company Secretary (CS) / Certified Management Accountant (CMA/ ICWA) / B. Tech / B.E.
- Minimum Post-Qualification Experience: 2 years in related areas in financial sector/ Banks/ Financial Institutions/ PSUs/ reputed corporates and overall experience of minimum 7 years in the officer/executive cadre OR In same grade or a grade below in another Financial Institution/Bank/PSU
- Manager (Grade B) – Environment and Social Safeguard
- Education Qualification: Engineering / Post-Graduate Degree / Diploma in Environmental Management, Environmental Sciences, M.Sc. or Post-Graduation in Social Works / Sociology / Anthropology / Economics Development Services.
- Minimum Post-Qualification Experience: 2 years in related areas in financial sector/ Banks/ Financial Institutions/ PSUs/ reputed corporates and overall experience of minimum 7 years in the officer/executive cadre OR In same grade or a grade below in another Financial Institution/Bank/PSU
Age Limit
- A candidate must not have attained the age of 40 years on February 28, 2026.
Relaxation of Upper age limit:
- +5 Years for ST/SC
- +3 Years for OBC (NCL)
- Persons with Disabilities candidate:
- +10 Years for UR
- +13 Years for OBC (NCL)
- +15 Years for ST/SC
