Educational Qualification

1. General Manager (Operations)
   • Essential Qualification: Must be a B. E / B. Tech or any Graduate from a Govt recognized Institute /University, approved by AICTE / UGC.
   • Applicant from Govt Organization: The candidate should be an officer working in Senior Administrative Grade (SAG) in Railways / Equivalent in GoI or an officer working as Chief Engineer in State Govt organizations. 
   • Applicant from Metros / PSUs Organization: The candidate should possess a minimum 20 years of post qualification executive experience and should have worked at least 3 years as AGM in the IDA pay scale of Rs. 100000 – 260000 or equivalent pay.
   • Applicant from Private Sector: The candidate should possess a minimum 20 years of post qualification executive experience and should have worked at least 03 years in top management positions (equivalent to AGM in PSU) and reporting directly to a Director or Board.
2. DGM (Rolling Stock)
   • Essential Qualification: Must be a B.E / B. Tech (Electrical/ECE) graduate from a recognized Institute/University approved by AICTE / UGC. 
   • Applicant from Govt Organization: The candidate should be an officer having 03 yrs of service in Senior Time Scale (STS) in Railways / Equivalent in GoI or officer working as Executive Engineer (EE) in State Govt organizations with minimum 13yrs of post qualification executive experience. 
   • Applicant from Metros / PSUs Organization: The candidate should possess a minimum 13 years of post qualification executive experience and should have worked at least 04 years as Manager in the IDA pay scale of Rs. 70000 – 200000 or equivalent pay. 
   • Applicant from Private Sector: The candidate should possess a minimum 13 years of post qualification executive experience and should have worked at least 04 years in middle management positions (equivalent to Manager in PSU) and reporting to senior management.
3. DGM (Automatic Fare Collection)
   • Essential Qualification: Must be a BE / B.Tech in (ECE/EEE/IT/CSE) or combination of any of these disciplines from a recognized Institute / University approved by AICTE/UGC. 
   • Applicant from Govt Organization: The candidate should be an officer having 03 yrs of service in Senior Time Scale (STS) in Railways / Equivalent in GoI or officer working as Executive Engineer (EE) in State Govt organizations with minimum 13 yrs of post qualification executive experience. 
   • Applicant from Metros / PSUs Organization: The candidate should possess a minimum 13 years of post qualification executive experience and should have worked at least 04 years as Manager in the IDA pay scale of Rs. 70000 – 200000 or equivalent pay. 
   • Applicant from Private Sector: The candidate should possess a minimum 13 years of post qualification executive experience and should have worked at least 04 years in middle management positions (equivalent to Manager in PSU) and reporting to senior management.
4. Manager (Automatic Fare Collection)
   • Qualification: Must be a BE/ B.Tech in (ECE/EEE/IT/CSE) or combination of any of these disciplines from a recognized Institute / University approved by AICTE/UGC. 
   • Applicant from Govt Organization: The candidate should be an officer working in Senior Time Scale (STS) in Railways/Equivalent in GoI or officer working as Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE) in State Govt organizations with minimum 07yrs of post qualification executive experience. 
   • Applicant from Metros / PSUs Organization: The candidate should possess a minimum 07 years of post qualification executive experience and should have worked at least 04 years as Deputy Manager in the IDA pay scale of Rs. 60000 – 180000 or equivalent pay. 
   • Applicant from Private Sector: The candidate should possess a minimum 07 years of post qualification executive experience and should have worked at least 04 years in Middle management positions (equivalent to Deputy Manager in PSU) and reporting to senior management.

Age Limit

1. General Manager (Operations) – 55 years
2. Deputy General Manager (Rolling Stock) – 40 years
3. Deputy General Manager (Automatic Fare Collection) – 40 years
4. Manager (Automatic Fare Collection) – 38 years

Salary

1. General Manager (Operations) – Rs.1,20,000 – 2,80,000/-
2. Deputy General Manager (Rolling Stock) – Rs.80,000 – 2,20,000/-
3. Deputy General Manager (Automatic Fare Collection) – Rs.80,000 – 2,20,000/-
4. Manager (Automatic Fare Collection) – Rs.70,000 – 2,00,000/-
