Educational Qualification
- Centre Administrator – Master’s Degree in Social Work /Psychology/ Counselling Psychology/ Development Management with atleast 4 years experience of working on women related relevant domains in an administrative set-up with a Government or Non-Government project/programme. Only women candidates may apply. As OSC functions 24*7 candidates have to work in 3 shifts. The candidate should be resident of the local community.
- Senior Counselor – M.S.W (Master’s Degree in Social Work)/ M.SC (Counselling Psychology). who has worked in an administrative setting for at least 02 years in a field related to women a Government or NonGovernment project/programme and preferably with at least 1 year experience of counselling either within or outside the same set-up. Only women applicants may apply. Native Should be Chennai.
- IT Administrator – B.Tech., B.Sc and Diploma in computers/IT with a Minimum of 3 years experience in data management, process documentation and web-based reporting formats, video conferencing at state or district level with Government or Non Governmental/IT-Based Organisations. Only women candidates may apply. As OSC functions 24*7 candidates have to work in 3 shifts. The candidate should be resident of the local community
- Case worker – Bachelors’ Degree in Social Work or M.SC (Counselling Psychology) with a minimum 1 year working experience in the field of violence against women issues. Only women candidates may apply. As OSC functions 24*7 candidates have to work in 3 shifts. The candidate should be a resident of the local community.
- Security Guard – The Security Guard should have minimum qualification 10th std and 2 years of experience of working as security personnel. Only women candidates may apply. As OSC functions 24*7 candidates have to work in shifts. The candidate should be resident of the local community
- Multi Purpose Helper – The Multi-purpose helper should have minimum qualification 10 std and experience working in Shelter Homes / House Keeping. The Candidate should also know to cook.
