Educational Qualification
| 1. Centre Admin – 1. Any woman with a master’s degree in law, social work, sociology, social science, or psychology who has worked in an administrative setting for at least five years in a field related to women a Government or Non Government project/programme and preferably with at least 1 year experience of counselling either within or outside the same set-up. 2. She should be preferably a resident of the local community so that local human resource and expertise is utilised for effective functioning of the Centre |
| 2. Psycho – Social Counsellor – The service could be outsourced to any woman having professional degree with diploma in psychology / psychiatry / neurosciences with a background in the health sector, and ideally with a minimum of three years of experience working on a district-level government or non-government health project or program. |
| 3. Case Worker – 1. Any woman having a Bachelor in Law/ Social Work/Sociology/Social science/ Psychology with at least 3 years‟ experience of working on women related relevant domains in a Government or Non-Government project/programme. 2. In order to use local human resources and expertise for the Center’s efficient operation, she should live in the area. |
| 4. Office Assistant with Computer Knowledge – The services could be outsourced to any person who is a graduate with at least diploma in computers/ IT etc with a minimum of 3 years‟ experience in data management, process documentation and web-based reporting formats, video conferencing at state or district level with government or Non-Governmental/ IT-based organizations. |
| 5. Security Guard / Night Guard (24×7) – The services could be outsourced to any person having at least two years of experience working as a security guard at the district or state level for the government or a reputable organization. |
| 6. Multi-Purpose Staff / Cook (24×7) – The multi-purpose activity could be outsourced to any women, who is literate with knowledge / experience of working in the relevant domain. Candidates Should Know How To Cook. High School (12th Std) pass or equivalent will be preferred. |
