Educational Qualification

1. Research Associate (Siddha) – I
   • Essential:
     • Post graduate degree in Siddha Medicine from a University/ Institution recognized under NCISM. b) Enrolment in the Central/State Register of Indian Medicine/Siddha as the case may be. 
   • Desirable:
     •  Sound Knowledge especially in Classical Siddha Literature, Annotation, Palm Leaf reading and translation works; etc. 
     • Previous experience in any Research project funded by the Ministry of Ayush or equivalent organizations. 
     • Publication either as primary or corresponding author in Indexed /Peer reviewed Journals. 
     • Working knowledge of Computer Applications such as MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
2. Research Associate (Machine Learning/Data
   • Essential Qualification:
     •  Postgraduate degree (M.Tech/ M.Sc/ MCA/ M.E) or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or allied disciplines. 
     • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java and proficiency in RDBMS such as SQL server, Postgres, Oracle, etc. 
   • Essential Experience: 
     • 1 year of research or practical experience in data science, machine learning, or AI, preferably including medical, health, or life-science-related data analysis and database development. 
3. Senior Research Fellow (Publication)
   • MSc in Life Science subjects from a recognized University with working experience of at least 2 years’ duration in processing of scientific articles/ research article publications/ online management of Journals. 
   • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Power point and Excel). 
   • Good command of English language.
4. Senior Research Fellow (Tamil)
   • Essential: 
     • Post-graduate degree in Tamil from a recognized University/Institution. 
   • Desirable:
     • Higher qualifications in the respective disciplines.
     •  Sound knowledge in reading Classical / Ancient Siddha Literatures, Palm Leaf Manuscript; Annotation, Translation and Interpretation skill in Tamil. 
     • Previous experience in any Research project funded by the Government organizations.
     • Publication either as primary or corresponding author in Indexed /Peer reviewed Journals.
     • Working knowledge of Computer Applications such as MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
     • Skill in drafting/ editing documents and books.
5. Senior Research Fellow (Hindi)
   • Essential:
     • Post-graduate degree in Hindi from a recognized University/Institution. 
   • Desirable: 
     • Higher qualifications in the respective disciplines.

6. Junior Research Fellow (Pharmacovigilance)
   • Essential:
     • Graduate degree in Siddha Medicine from an accredited University/ Institution under NCISM (erstwhile CCIM). 
     • Enrolment in the Central/State Register of Indian Medicine/Siddha as the case may be. 
   • Desirable:
     • Those with prior research experience—that is, those who have worked on research projects financed by the Ministry of AYUSH, ICMR, CSIR, DST, or an analogous organization—will be given preference.
     • Proficiency in writing and revising technical reports, papers, scientific publications, etc. 
     • Publication in peer reviewed journals Working knowledge of computer applications.
7. Junior Research Fellow (Botany)
   • Post Graduate Degree in Botany Or Graduate / Post Graduate Degree in Professional Course selected through National Eligibility TestsCSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) and GATE.
8. Consultant (Admin)
   • Graduate from a recognized University. 
   • Persons retired from the post of Section Officer/ Under Secretary/ Deputy Secretary equivalent in the Government of India, State Governments, Attached & Subordinate offices, PSU’s, Autonomous Bodies of the Government of India where Central Government Rules and Procedures are applicable for the position of Consultant in their respective spheres of specialization. 
   • Candidates must have 5-10 years in handling Estt./ Administration/ Vigilance/ Court Cases/ Budget & Accounts related matters (preferably with Central Government, Central Autonomous Bodies).
   • Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of computer applications such as MS Word, MS Excel and Power Point, etc. is essential. 
   • Applicants should have a thorough understanding of office processes, budgeting, notes, drafting, accounts, and the rules and regulations of Central Government offices.

3. Senior Research Fellow (Publication) – Not exceeding 35 years

7. Junior Research Fellow (Botany) – Not exceeding 28 years
8. Consultant (Admin) – Should not be more than 64 years

• Persons with Disabilities candidate:
